Vocational counselors frequently work with people who are involved in legal proceedings, both through direct referral and upon request by attorneys. The assessments performed by the counselor may be used to determine economic damages or employability and earning capacity. Areas in which services are provided include:

• Case Review to Determine Employability and Earning Capacity Issues and the Need for Further Vocational Evaluation
• Evaluations in Personal Injury Cases
• Evaluations in Divorce and Post-Divorce Actions
• Evaluations in Post-Termination Situations (Employment Litigation)
• Expert Witness Testimony (Depositions, Video and In-Person Testimony for Court). Dr. Levine has been admitted as an expert witness in courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
